19 The Lord has established his throne in heaven,
and his kingdom rules over all.[a]
20 [b]Bless the Lord, O you his angels,[c]
you mighty in strength who do his bidding,
who obey his spoken word.
21 Bless the Lord, O you his hosts,
his ministers who do his will.
